The conference was organised under the programme Šalter that performs Volunteer's Center Osijek as regional support center  in partnership with the county co-operative organisations  PRONI Center for the social teaching – branch office Vukovar, non-governmental organisation "Oppidum" from Pleternica and Information Legal Center from Slavonski Brod with partner's cooperation and financial support of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development. The plenary part of the conference were opened by Nataša Kovačević  and Lejla Šehić Relić who welcomed participants and presented Programme Šalter. Other speakers were Dubravka Marković,  Head of Administrative department for social activities in the Town Slavonski Brod, Pavle Schramadei, the National Foundation For Civil Society Development and Sandra Pernar, Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs.
