CSOs Doors Open Days 2015

Office for civil society organisations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia organizes CSOs Doors Open Days from the 28th to 30th of May 2015. Within that period CSOs will open their doors to the citizens in order to introduce to them their programs and activities.

In 2015, which has been marked as European Year of Development throughout the Europe, CSOs Doors Open Days is opportunity to additionally empower solidarity and confidence in local communities and remind on the significant role that CSOs have in connecting citizens in solving problems and creating network of mutual support.

The citizens will be able to participate in numerous creative workshops, lectures, performances, actions and to get acquainted with different socially useful projects and programs and possibilities of volunteering in CSOs. All citizens who visit  CSOs during Doors Open Days will be able to download and fill in the “Passport” in which they can put on  CSO’s stamps, enter their impressions and also win symbolic prizes. Program  CSOs Doors Open Days 2015, and  CSO’s activities throughout Croatia will be accessible on the link www.daniudruga.hr/ .

Within  CSOs Doors Open Days 2015, Government Office for Cooperation with  CSOs will also present mobile application “CSOsInfo” which aim is to amplify CSO’s visibility in the local communities and strengthen participation of citizens in activities that CSOs perform.

Information Legal Center (ILC) will be engaged  at the above mentioned event on Friday, 29th of May 2015 from 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. on address Ante Starčevića 63, Slavonski Brod. We invite all interested citizens to visit us and get acquainted with our present work, activities that ILC is implementing as well as services offered related to achievement and protection of human rights , strengthening civil society and their role in accountable governance.
